Audio Tapes: The two tapes contain a variety of Guided Visualizations for your use as you progress through your Workbook. A visualization is simply Beverley’s voice, accompanied by Connie Wurster’s beautiful and inspiring music, guiding you on a journey to explore inner dimensions of your heart’s desires.
You may see pictures, hear an inner voice or thoughts, experience certain feelings, or experience a combination of some or all of these things. Reading: In this section you read a chapter of DreamQuest - How to Create Your Heart’s Desire. There is a space in the Workbook for you to take notes. There is also a Question and Answer section to help you bring out your inner wisdom with reference to the chapter you have just read.
Techniques: These are an opportunity for you to experience some of the material in each chapter and they help you to make the information your are working with, practical and useable in your everyday life.
