Heart’s Desires
 Imagine if you will, a pathway stretching out in front of you. It roams through hills and valleys, meanders by beaches and streams, and invites you to step our and wander.  The lightening bolt symbol or zing is all about passion. Each of us has specific and unique talents. Some of us discover these talents early in life and passionately pursue them. Others of us wander aimlessly, knowing that we were born for something, yet not knowing exactly what.
The zing is a very good indication of when you are on track with your dreams and goals. It tells you that this is what you were born for, whether it is hiking a mountain, making love, pursuing a business career, raising your children, or artistically expressing yourself. We are here to express ourselves joyously and to experience an abundance of adventures doing so. Persistence:
Perhaps one of the most important aspects of making any dream come true is persistence. Are you prepared for your dream to take a lifetime if necessary? Or are you just looking for a quick fix, for instant gratification that may not provide you with all the wonderful learning and experiences along the way that the accomplishment of a dream can provide?
Winston Churchill may have said it best when he said, “Never, never, never, give up.”
The disappointments and the other experiences that pursuing a dream brings to light are the real nuggets of gold along the way. Immerse yourself in them and they will bring you to a place of confidence and joy. That is their purpose.
